By accessing and using TreediPrint's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TreediPrint provides an AI-powered platform that transforms 2D images into 3D models. Our service includes:

• Image-to-3D model generation using artificial intelligence
• Export capabilities in various formats (STL, OBJ, GLB, PLY)
• Voxelization for game platforms (Minecraft, Roblox)
• Model storage and management dashboard

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TreediPrint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload or process inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without appropriate plan

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant TreediPrint a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating 3D models.

Generated Models: The 3D models generated from your images belong to you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes based on your subscription plan.

Our Platform: The TreediPrint platform, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service for payment processing.

Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase or renewal. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

7. Service Limitations

TreediPrint uses AI technology which may not always produce perfect results. The quality of generated models depends on various factors including input image quality.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated models will meet all your specific requirements
• All image types will successfully convert to 3D models

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process and store your data securely and only for service provision purposes.

Uploaded images and generated models are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your account dashboard.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreediPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of TreediPrint after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
